I spent my career as a business analyst — sitting between the people who build systems and the people accountable for what those systems do. Across a decade in regulated environments, from Transport for NSW to Westpac's Open Banking program, the work was always the same underneath: turning a technical reality into a decision a board can actually make, and an answer someone can stand behind when a regulator asks how it works and who is responsible.

IBM AI Product Manager certified, with an MBA from Macquarie University — but the credential that matters most is having spent years being the person who had to stand behind the answer.

AI made that question urgent. As models started making decisions that used to belong to people, I watched the gap between what organisations were deploying and what they could actually govern widen fast. Insurance is where that gap is sharpest in Australia: it's data-rich, heavily automated, and sits under APRA, FAR and AFCA all at once. Mid-tier insurers feel it most acutely — the same regulatory exposure as the majors, without the same governance machinery. V Prosper exists to close exactly that gap, for exactly those firms.
